Job Description
Experience: 14–19 Years
Location: Chennai(Hybrid)
Role Summary
Seeking an experienced Senior Test Manager with a strong background in Functional and Automation Testing to lead QA delivery, test strategy, stakeholder management, estimation, and costing across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive test strategy, governance, and quality assurance processes.
- Manage end-to-end testing across Functional, Automation, Integration, and UAT.
- Lead automation initiatives and improve test efficiency and coverage.
- Own effort estimation, budgeting, resource planning, and project costing.
- Manage client and stakeholder communications, reporting, and escalations.
- Track quality metrics, risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones.
- Lead and mentor QA teams across multiple projects and locations.
- Support pre-sales activities, solutioning, and RFP responses.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Test Management with Functional and Automation Testing.
- Expertise in effort estimation, budgeting, and costing models.
- Excellent stakeholder and client management skills.
- Experience managing large QA teams and enterprise testing programs.
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.
- Exposure to automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or equivalent.
- Strong risk management, governance, and reporting capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- ISTQB, PMP, Scrum, or equivalent certifications preferred.
