The Impact of a Sr. UX Designer to Coupa: Enterprise software has historically been boring, unintuitive, cumbersome, and difficult to use, but it doesn’t have to be this way. These powerful, feature-rich applications should be as easy and delightful to use as any consumer application. Coupa has an industry-wide reputation for delivering great user experience. Now, you can play a role in taking our Total Business Spend Management platform to the next level. What You'll Do: Apply design-thinking methodologies to craft best-in-class product experiences. Collaborate with stakeholders to define system needs and feature requirements. Rapidly iterate on designs, align on direction, and create prototypes as needed. Lead or support user research efforts for discovery and design validation. Present designs and research findings, partner with developers for implementation, and monitor the impact of deployed design system changes. What You Will Bring to Coupa: 5+ years of design experience, including 3+ years in complex domains; proven success in transforming complex requirements into intuitive interfaces. Deep knowledge of inclusive, accessible, and user-centered design practices. Advanced proficiency in Figma for building libraries and prototypes. Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate design strategy and collaborate effectively with stakeholders. Portfolio showcasing visually appealing, user-friendly designs required; experience in AI is a strong plus.
