SrData QA Engineer (Bilingual ES/EN)

📍 Location: Remote from Colombia (Applicants must be based in Colombia)

🌎 English Level: B2+ to C1 (required)

💰 Salary: Based on experience, up to COP $12,000,000/month

We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer with experience in Data & Analytics testing, capable of owning test strategy, risk assessment, defect management, regression testing, and release readiness for enterprise analytics solutions.

Initial Requirements to Apply:

✅ B2+ English level (all interviews and daily work are conducted in English).

✅ Must reside in Colombia and be legally authorized to work in the country.

✅ 5+ years of experience in QA, Data Testing, BI, Analytics Platforms, or Data Products.

✅ Experience with Microsoft Fabric and/or Power BI.

✅ Strong SQL and data validation skills.

Key Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in QA, Software Testing, Data Testing, BI, or Analytics platforms.
• Strong SQL and data validation skills.
• Experience testing Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, semantic models, data pipelines, lakehouses, and analytics data products.
• Experience designing risk-based testing strategies and managing regression coverage.
• Strong defect triage, root cause analysis, and release readiness experience.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD, and controlled SDLC environments is a plus.
