Are you an experienced telecoms professional with a strong understanding of network deployment, infrastructure delivery and governance? We're looking for an SRN Technical Claims Analyst to support a nationally significant rural connectivity programme, helping to ensure public funding is accurately managed and deployed.

Working closely with Mobile Network Operators, finance teams and government stakeholders, you'll play a key role in reviewing and validating grant claims, assessing technical delivery milestones, and ensuring claims are supported by robust evidence in line with programme requirements.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, controls and documentation.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong knowledge of mobile telecoms infrastructure deployment, including areas such as site acquisition, planning, build, integration and acceptance.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to review evidence, challenge assumptions and identify inconsistencies.
  • Understanding of commercial costs, contractor expenditure and infrastructure delivery programmes.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and confidence working with data and reporting tools.
  • Experience reviewing invoices, cost schedules or financial documentation would be advantageous.

This is a unique opportunity to support a high-profile, nationally important programme that is improving mobile connectivity across the UK. You'll work with major industry stakeholders, government bodies and delivery partners, helping to ensure funding is managed effectively and infrastructure programmes are delivered successfully.
