FUNNOW Group 正處於台灣證交所上市輔導期，旗下三品牌（FunNow、Eatigo、Niceday）橫跨七個市場。隨著組織從新創加速邁向上市公司治理標準，我們需要一位能從策略高度思考人才與組織發展的專業成員。 這個角色的使命是：與 CPO 及 Corporate Development Leadership team (CorpDev) 緊密協作，延續 FUNNOW 組織的人才識別、培養、保留體系至台灣及與台灣 HR 團隊共同推動組織適應 AI 與人類協作範式。讓「人才發展」從被動的年度考評升級為主動的、數據驅動的、持續迭代的系統，並確保台灣市場有清晰的人才接班路徑。 【WHAT YOU’LL DO】 核心招聘策略與人才發展 - 主導台灣重點及核心人才招聘 （戰略重點、關鍵角色） - 延續集團人才發展計劃，並能在地化應用，識別組織內的高風險流失人才及高潛質後繼者。 - 人才發展流程優化：優化台灣人才發展相關的工作流程、評估方法、追蹤機制。 管理台灣 HR 團隊 - 與HR Lead 緊密協作，優化 TW HR 團隊建立管理系統，讓實務可被複製和實踐。 - 與台灣 HR 團隊執行合規落實，針對台灣需要各項法規、制度等面向進行全面向梳理，並迭代適合 AI 組織的最適當做法。 商業夥伴與策略顧問角色 - 協助 HR Lead 為台灣各部門主管提供人才與組織方面的策略建議 - 參與組織重組、跨部門流程再造等變革項目，提供人才與組織視角的意見 【WHAT YOU’LL NEED】 - 有帶領團隊經驗，並有具體的人才培養案例與思維。 - 台灣勞動法規實務經驗 3 年以上，曾獨立處理勞資爭議、勞動檢查、工作規則制訂等場景 - 已在工作中實驗過 AI 工具（無論是 HR、內部流程或跨領域皆可），並能評估其優限與應用場景 - 對「AI 與人類協作」的組織模式有好奇心，而非抗拒或觀望；不僅接受變化，且能主動想像新可能 - 能與組織協作推進 AI 工具在人才管理中的試驗與應用，並與團隊共同學習和迭代 - 具備對商業模式的基本認識，有業務敏感度 - 能站在各方視角進行溝通判斷，需與 C-level 或業務主管協作，理解他們的組織挑戰，並提出 People 面向的解決方案。 - 英文聽說讀寫程度中上，重點要能做到以英文表達日常工作及開會溝通。 【NICE-TO-HAVE】 - 曾搭建與 HR 相關的 AI 應用或在工作流程上有重塑經驗者。 - 曾任職於 IPO 準備期企業，理解快速變化的組織需求。 - 曾建立或優化過人才管理系統（HRIS、ATS、Talent Management Platform）與相關流程自動化。 Has this role caught your Interest?
