Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute tailored partnerships initiatives to drive growth across products.
• Identify opportunities and build a prospect pipeline of new affiliates, influencers and KOLs.
• Propose and implement partnership recruitment and retention strategies.
• Act as the initial point of contact for partnership escalations, managing relationships with affiliates, influencers and KOLs.
• Ensure that allocated clients are introduced/contacted regularly and well managed.
• Adopt a proactive approach to grow the client base through client referrals and networking.
• Actively follow up on leads via client referrals and networking.
• Plan and execute marketing events, campaigns as directed by the manager.
• Assist on client behaviour analysis and provide reporting on market and trading activities.
Requirements
• Tertiary Qualification in finance, business or related field.
• At least 6-month experience in customer support or sales in the forex industry or recent graduates with excellent academic performance in finance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and a second Thai Language.
• Strong project management, multitasking and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication skills and excellent team player.
• Highly organised and detail oriented.
