Role Description

This full-time remote Stablecoin & Payments Specialist role at La Agencia Publicidad focuses on managing and optimizing digital payment workflows, with a strong emphasis on stablecoin-based transactions. The specialist monitors payment card processing and on-chain stablecoin operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely settlement. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing transaction data, reconciling payment records, coordinating with internal finance and accounting teams, and resolving payment-related issues with vendors and partners. The role also involves developing and refining payment policies, supporting risk management and fraud-prevention efforts, and collaborating with product and operations teams to improve payment experiences. The specialist provides clear documentation, dashboards, and regular reporting to stakeholders, contributing to strategic decisions around digital payments and treasury management.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to interpret transaction data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
• Hands-on experience with payment card processing, digital wallets, and online payment gateways.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Solid foundation in finance and accounting to support reconciliations, reporting, and compliance.
• Knowledge of stablecoins, blockchain-based payments, and basic crypto asset mechanics.
• Experience with payment risk controls, KYC/AML considerations, and compliance best practices is beneficial.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and business intelligence tools for reporting and monitoring payment performance.

Base salary: USD $160,000 – USD $220,000

Bonus: 15% – 25%, based on the quality of reconciliations and the prevention of erroneous transfers
