Prepare executive briefings and high-quality documents to represent the Program Team to management and other stakeholders Drive the monitoring and reporting of project activities and backlogs Step by step, take on responsibility for the first project initiatives Skills Project language is German; fluent German is a must! Communication on C-Level Reporting on Board Level 1-3 years of working experience (Experience working within operations/cross-project related fields is an advantage) Bachelor's or Masters degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Science, or other relevant disciplines PMO experience is beneficial. Analytical thinking and good organizational skills. A positive, open-minded, and collaborative personality with good self-management skills. Confidence to interact on an executive level.
