Staff Accountant

Job Title : Staff Accountant Location : Metro Manila, Cebu City, Davao City (Remote positions available) Company Overview : CPAProLink, a division of HiFi Creative LLC, provides high-quality bookkeeping and accounting support to CPA firms in the US. We are seeking skilled Bookkeepers to join our remote team, supporting US-based CPA firms. Responsibilities : Maintain and ensure accuracy of financial records for multiple clients. Reconcile accounts and bank statements, investigating discrepancies and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Process accounts payable and receivable, managing invoices and payments. Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial statements. Ensure compliance with US GAAP and other relevant accounting standards. Collaborate with US-based CPA firms to provide accurate and timely accounting support. Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or other relevant tools to manage financial data. Assist with tax filings and compliance reporting. Provide support during audits and other financial reviews. Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Proven experience as a Staff Accountant or in a similar role. Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar platforms. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and remotely. Strong communication skills in English. Familiarity with US GAAP and other relevant accounting standards. Preferred Qualifications : Experience supporting US-based clients. CPA or equivalent certification. Experience with tax filings and compliance reporting. Compensation : $20 - $23 / hr during contract period. Full-Time positions & pay increases are available for contractors who demonstrate success.
