Staff Accountant

This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative environment where your expertise will contribute to the overall financial health of the company.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and maintain financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.Conduct monthly reconciliations of bank accounts and ledgers.Assist with the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.Support the auditing process by providing necessary documentation and analysis.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.Proven experience in a similar accounting role.Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.Nice to haveCPA certification or equivalent qualification.Experience with ERP systems.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
