Staff Accountant (US Accounting, WFH)

Salary: P80,000-P100,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: 9:00PM to 6:00AM Manila Time

What are we looking for?

Skills Required

• 3-4 years of experience in outsourced accounting, bookkeeping, or similar environment
• Strong hands-on experience with accounts payable, reconciliations, and month-end close
• Working knowledge of accrual accounting and basic U.S. GAAP principles
• Experience using QuickBooks Online (QBO), Bill.com, and Microsoft Excel
• High attention to detail with strong organizational and documentation skills
• Ability to follow structured processes and work under supervision within defined controls
• Good communication skills for coordinating with clients and internal stakeholders
  
  

What will you do?

• Perform day-to-day bookkeeping and transactional accounting for client engagements
• Manage accounts payable, including invoice review, vendor setup, and payment preparation using QBO and Bill.com
• Record journal entries and maintain accurate general ledger and supporting schedules (accruals, prepaids, cash activity)
• Support month-end close activities, including reconciliations and documentation of variances
• Assist with payroll validation and employee expense reimbursement processes
• Ensure all transactions are properly documented and routed through approval workflows
• Coordinate with client stakeholders to resolve routine accounting issues and escalate when needed
