Staff Engineer, ServiceNow (AI Ops & Event Management)

That's where you come in.oss-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery REQUIREMENTS: Experience - 5.5+ years Strong experience in ServiceNow AIOps, Event Management, and ITOM Hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining ServiceNow AIOps solutions Strong ServiceNow development experience with JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Script Includes Experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Update Sets, and Scoped Applications Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Event Management and alert correlation capabilities Experience integrating ServiceNow with monitoring and observability tools such as SolarWinds, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or similar platforms Strong understanding of IT Operations Management (ITOM) processes and best practices Experience working with REST and SOAP APIs for integrations Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field ServiceNow certifications in ITOM, Event Management, or AIOps will be an added advantage RESPONSIBILITIES: Design, develop, implement, and maintain ServiceNow AIOps and Event Management solutions following ServiceNow best practices Configure and optimize ServiceNow AIOps capabilities for business-critical applications and infrastructure Implement Event Management solutions, including alert ingestion, alert correlation, and noise reduction Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise monitoring tools Build and enhance platform capabilities using JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design effective ITOM solutions Configure and customize ServiceNow applications to meet business needs Perform integration testing and ensure high-quality solution delivery Troubleshoot and resolve application, integration, and platform-related issues Support platform upgrades, deployments, and continuous improvement initiatives Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development standards, governance, and security best practices Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and provide technical recommendations Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
