Required Skills
• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience building enterprise-grade applications using Java/J2EE and C#/.NET.
• Strong experience developing scalable web applications, APIs, and microservices using both Java and C# technology stacks.
• Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), software design patterns, clean code principles.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, web services, and distributed system design.
• Experience designing and developing high-performance, highly available, and scalable backend systems.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Proven technical experience with the ability to independently drive projects from requirements gathering through design, implementation, testing, and production deployment.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

• High Availability (HA) and Web-Scale System Design

Database Technologies
• MySQL, MSSQL or other relational databases
• Strong SQL, PL-SQL and database design skills
• Experience with database performance tuning and optimization
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with AWS/GCP/Azure and cloud-native application development.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker.
• Experience implementing security best practices including OAuth2, OpenID Connect, SSL/TLS, PKI, and encryption.
• Experience with messaging and integration technologies such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, WebSockets, Mule ESB, APNs, and SMPP.
• Experience building and operating production systems using CI/CD pipelines such as Jenkins.
Education
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
