As GAI’s Staff Integration Lead we want you to help us re-envision our onboarding and early integration process; facilitating its flow and process to enable new staff members to feel comfortable and be productive as soon as possible - ultimately increasing their job satisfaction. You are one of the first leaders at GAI that will have the opportunity to assist the new staff at the company. Your charge is to review our existing system, propose enhancements and changes, if needed, and lead the continuous improvement of the significant part of a new employee’s experience at GAI.
Your role includes coordinating critical hiring and onboarding activities, facilitating new-hire orientation, building trusted relationships across the organization, and improving the systems and processes that welcome and support employees.
What You’ll Do
- Shape the employee journey. Lead the experience from accepted offer through early integration.
- Create a seamless transition. Partner with candidates, hiring managers, and internal teams throughout onboarding.
- Build confidence from day one. Lead screenings, background checks, documentation, and HRIS entry.
- Deliver engaging experiences. Lead orientation, new-hire check-ins, and exit interviews.
- Ensure compliance. Manage the Form I-9 lifecycle for onsite and remote employees.
- Drive continuous improvement. Use feedback to improve HR systems, tools, and processes.
- Protect employee information. Maintain accurate and confidential personnel records.
- Model GAI’s safety culture. Perform work safely and uphold company standards.
