Staff Product Designer

Staff Product Designer | 11 Month Contract | £700pd Inside IR35 | London, Hybrid

I’m working with an internationally recognised marketplace business, part of a large global group, to find a Staff Product Designer for an 11 month contract.

This is a senior, strategic role in their New Verticals team, shaping the growth areas of the business across EMEA. You’ll set design direction on ambiguous, high impact problems at real international scale.

The role

• Define product design strategy for complex, high level business challenges
• Lead product changes across the group’s EMEA markets, and support the wider global retail stream
• Partner with Product and Engineering leadership on platform wide decisions
• Mentor senior designers and raise the bar on craft across a global design community

What they’re looking for

• Staff level experience leading complex design work from concept to launch
• Marketplace experience, ideally multi sided, at international scale
• Strong mobile native craft, beyond dashboards or simple ecommerce flows
• Excellent communication, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and align cross functional teams
• Comfort using AI in your design workflow

• £700 per day, inside IR35
• 11 month contract
• Hybrid, London, 3 days in office with flexibility to 1 to 2
• 3 stage process: portfolio review, AI fluency, autonomy and influence
