Staff Product Designer – B2B SaaS

Premier Global Links LLC is seeking an exceptional Staff Product Designer – B2B SaaS to help shape the user experience and product direction of sophisticated, technology-driven business applications.

This opportunity is ideal for a highly experienced product designer who combines outstanding visual and interaction design skills with strong systems thinking, product strategy, and hands-on execution.

You will take ownership of end-to-end product design, transforming complex business requirements into intuitive, scalable, and elegant user experiences. Working closely with Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders, you will influence product decisions while remaining actively involved in the design process.

The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio of complex B2B SaaS or enterprise products, experience working in high-design-bar technology companies, and the ability to operate as a senior individual contributor in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product design, from early concepts and discovery through implementation and launch.
• Define product experience strategy and contribute to product vision alongside Product and Engineering leadership.
• Design sophisticated B2B SaaS workflows, enterprise interfaces, and scalable user experiences.
• Translate complex business requirements and technical challenges into intuitive product solutions.
• Develop and maintain scalable design systems, reusable components, and consistent interaction patterns.
• Partner closely with engineers to ensure design quality and implementation accuracy.
• Conduct user research, gather customer insights, and translate findings into actionable product improvements.
• Lead design critiques and reviews while maintaining high standards for visual design, usability, and interaction quality.
• Communicate design rationale, product decisions, and recommendations effectively to stakeholders.
• Mentor and support other designers while maintaining strong hands-on individual contributor responsibilities.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional product design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality work on scaled B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or complex web-based products.
• Experience working at technology companies with high standards for product design and user experience.
• Demonstrated hands-on individual contributor experience within the last two years.
• Strong systems-thinking abilities and experience designing complex workflows and interconnected product experiences.
• Excellent visual design, interaction design, and user experience skills.
• Ability to simplify complex business problems into clear, intuitive, and scalable interfaces.
• Strong product judgment and the ability to connect design decisions with customer and business outcomes.
• Technical fluency and the ability to collaborate effectively with Product and Engineering teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing FinTech, enterprise SaaS, business software, or other complex technology products.
• Experience with AI-powered products, platform systems, permissions, integrations, or data visualization.
• Experience creating and maintaining scalable design systems.
• Experience mentoring designers or influencing design direction across teams.
• Background working at growth-stage startups or established technology companies known for strong product design.
• Degree from a leading design program such as RISD, SCAD, or a comparable institution.

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual Compensation: $170,000–$290,000.
• Additional compensation may include equity.
