You'll play a critical, founding role shaping large-scale, AI-powered enterprise experiences, bringing your creativity, leadership, and strategic input to develop new UI/UX paradigms. As an early member of our new Bengaluru learning design team, you'll set the design vision and craft bar for the team, guide and mentor other designers, and own complex, data-rich experiences end-to-end, partnering closely with engineering in-region and design and product partners both locally and in the US. Basic Qualifications MDes/BDes/ equivalent degree in graphic design, design, communication, human-computer interaction, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience 8+ years of experience participating in the complete product development lifecycle of web or software applications Skilled in design and prototyping tools like Figma Preferred Qualifications Strong experience in delivering large-scale projects independently; Projects are forward-thinking and shape the future of the business; Subject matter expert who owns a business area Skilled at designing data-rich experiences — dashboards, reports, data visualizations, infographics, and data tables — that make complex information clear, credible, and actionable Rapid AI Prototyping: Ability to use tools such as Copilot or Figma Make to translate ideas and designs into functional, code based prototypes.
