Role Overview
We're looking for a Staff Product Manager to own a core part of how our clients market themselves: the websites, content, and campaigns that get them found, keep them top of mind, and turn attention into business. Our clients are real estate professionals, many of them top producers in luxury markets, and they count on us for the marketing they don't have time to do themselves.
Generating marketing content is easy now. Generating content a top agent is proud to put their name on is not. That bar, across every channel our clients use, is the game we're in. So is proving what works: showing clients how their channels feed each other and which ones are actually driving business.
This is a high-impact, high-visibility role with close collaboration across engineering, design, AI/ML, client success, and sales. You'll own a product area end to end, set its strategy, and grow its scope as we expand into new channels.
What You'll Do
- Own the product strategy, roadmap, and results for a set of AI-powered marketing products, starting with how our clients get discovered and the content we create for them
- Make sure our clients get found, whether a prospective buyer or seller searches on Google or asks an AI assistant who to call
- Raise the quality bar on everything we create on our clients' behalf, so it sounds like them and reflects the brand they've built
- Design how channels work together, so a client's website, content, email, and social reinforce each other instead of running as separate tools
- Build the measurement and attribution that show clients, and us, how those channels drive each other and which ones are actually producing business
- Run structured betas with real clients, set clear hypotheses up front, and keep iterating until clients would be upset to lose what you've built
- Build the business case for your roadmap and tie it to adoption, retention, and revenue
- Ship with your own engineering and design partners, and work closely with client success and sales so launches land
Who You Are
- 7+ years of product management, including owning a product line end to end where you were accountable for adoption, outcomes, and revenue
- Marketing taste. You can tell great marketing from generic, and you know how a premium brand should and shouldn't show up. You'd catch the post that makes a client look bad before it ships
- Multichannel instincts. You understand how search, content, email, social, and paid work together as a system, and you want to see the numbers move across all of them, not just one
- Experience building marketing technology: products businesses use to grow their own customer base
- Solid SEO fundamentals, and a view of discovery that goes beyond the website to reviews, social, and what people say about a business across the web
- You run your area like a business. You build the case before you build the product, and you own the result
- Close to your customers. You talk to them often and can explain why something matters in their terms
- You create momentum in ambiguity. You narrow the problem, make a call, and move before every question is answered
- A communicator who can get a room excited, from engineers to executives to client success, and who earns trust across teams you don't manage
- You learn fast and use AI as a normal part of how you work: to research, to prototype, and to get to ground truth quickly
Preferred Qualifications
- Product experience at a company serving small businesses or solo operators who judge you on results, such as Shopify, Squarespace, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Square, or Yelp
- You've built email, lifecycle, or campaign tools, or products that generate marketing content with AI
- Hands-on experience with marketing analytics or attribution products
- Familiarity with premium or luxury brands and how they market differently
- Experience at a platform where one change reaches many customers' sites or accounts at once
- A background in content, editorial, or brand work
