Job Title Tech Lead Location Singapore, Singapore Job Description We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead to guide our engineering team in the development and optimization of our mental health and well-being platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system architecture and be proficient in Python, AWS, and GCP. As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for making key technical decisions and ensuring the scalability and security of our infrastructure. Responsibilities Lead the development of our mental health app's architecture and technical design. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Mentor and support the engineering team to foster a culture of excellence. Stay up-to-date with new technology trends and best practices in system architecture. Qualifications Minimum of 7 years of experience in software development with a track record of successful projects. Expertise in Python programming language. Proven experience with cloud services such as AWS and GCP. Strong understanding of system architecture and design principles. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
