  • Monitor industry trends, vendor roadmaps, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies to help shape Visa's collaboration platform strategy and future-state vision.
  • Develop proofs of concept, pilot programs, and innovation initiatives that evaluate emerging capabilities, validate business value, and inform the future collaboration platform roadmap.
  • Partner with voice, events, and workplace technology teams to advance AI-enabled experiences across Teams Voice, Town Hall, meetings, broadcast, and collaboration services.
  • Collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, Workplace Technology, Digital Product, and End User Computing teams to deliver compliant, scalable, and secure solutions.
  • Act as an engineering escalation point for complex collaboration platform challenges and emerging technology opportunities.

Desired Experience

  • Experience with APIs, platform integrations, automation frameworks, workflow technologies, scripting, or enterprise application ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, modern collaboration technologies, observability practices, analytics platforms, and solution architecture principles.
  • Experience evaluating, implementing, developing, or governing AI-powered capabilities, conversational agents, enterprise bots, Copilot experiences, intelligent automation, or digital assistants.
  • Experience supporting the full lifecycle of AI agents, bots, applications, or platform extensions from ideation and governance through deployment and adoption.
  • Experience defining roadmaps, evaluating emerging technologies, or influencing platform strategy within enterprise technology environments.
  • Experience with analytics, observability, telemetry, monitoring, operational intelligence, or service-health platforms used to improve user experience and operational effectiveness.
