  • Apply technical expertise to evaluate project work and risks, assess trade-offs, prioritize partner needs, challenge assumptions, and drive informed decisions.
  • Ruthlessly monitor project health, proactively mitigate project and timeline risks, resolve issues, track cross-team interdependencies, and define clear mitigation pathways for leadership.
  • Act as a force multiplier for executive leadership by cutting through operational noise, proactively engaging cross-functional stakeholders to establish focus and alignment, bridging gaps, and driving positive business outcomes. Serve as a recognized subject matter expert and trusted advisory partner to leadership across technical and cross-functional domains.
  • Provide thought leadership to define, establish, and institutionalize program management best practices, frameworks, and operational standards across the organization, while identifying, defining, and delivering initiatives that measurably improve organizational operational efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Expert cross-functional leadership and communication skills, with a track record of driving alignment across engineering, clinical, UX, and executive stakeholders
  • Proven success driving operational excellence, organizational best practices, and measurable productivity improvements
