We're looking for a proactive, organised and approachable team member to join our European Staffing team in London. You will support the day-to-day administration of consultant deployment and staffing tools, working closely with colleagues across Europe and our global staffing team. You'll be a reliable point of contact, helping ensure accurate staffing information and timely responses to our consulting teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate project information and consultant allocations in SAP, our staffing system
  • Support effective use of SAP by following up on timesheet completion and the accuracy of project and commercial information
  • Coordinate cross-regional staffing logistics, connecting consultants with relevant team leads and travel contacts and ensuring they have the correct project information
  • Provide day-to-day deployment and administrative support to the European Staffing team
  • Manage staffing-related correspondence and respond promptly and professionally to enquiries

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • University degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a friendly, service-oriented approach
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise competing requests
  • Proactive, approachable and solution-oriented, with a collaborative working style
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and confidence working with administrative systems and data
  • Motivation to work closely with colleagues across a European and global team

YOUR BENEFITS

  • Culture & People: Join a collaborative, entrepreneurial international team and enjoy regular social events and team gatherings
  • International Exposure: Work closely with colleagues across EMEA and our global staffing function
  • Professional Development: Gain exposure to consulting operations, staffing processes and cross-functional teamwork
  • Central Office Location: Enjoy our centrally located London office, with refreshments and opportunities to connect with colleagues
  • Flexibility: Benefit from our hybrid working arrangements and applicable leave policies
