Job Description Nightingale’s List is looking for an enthusiastic and sharp Staffing Coordinators who is self-motivated and looking for a long term career. Staff Coordinators is responsible for all scheduling clinicians to work on a day to day and assisting with the onboarding/credentialing process $22 hourly Ability to work hybrid remote/in office schedule Must be open to on-call answering company calls Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service Assist new clinicians with on-boarding application process. Verify credentials (Run primary source verifications online) Verify Professional references/work history Coordinate and schedule new employees for Drug/TB/Live Scans Upload results to online applicant tracking software Monitor electronically and communicate clinicians compliance status with them at any given time. Obtain clinician availability and scheduling them to facility’s needs. Confirm, cancel, and replace clinicians at client facilities within a timely manner Prepare necessary documentation for submission to client facilities Audit time sheets and communicate any discrepancies Provide daily and weekly report on activity Inputting and uploading clinicians data and documents into API system or VMS and enter information accurately in company database Testing purpose… Experience in a Staffing agency or Healthcare HIGHLY preferred Experience in Allied and Nurse Staffing is Preferred Experience with clinician credential requirements per certification and specialty preferred Excellent written and communication skills Ability to work at a fast pace environment – multitasking with busy phones, computer tracking and meeting clinicians in office Ability to organize and prioritize tasks Job Type Full-time Willing to be on-call Able to work hybrid remote schedule Experience Relevant to duties 2 years (Preferred) Work Location Woodland Hills, CA.
