What You’ll Do We are growing the capability within our Stakeholder & Social Performance team. As the Stakeholder Reporting and Management Coordinator , you will be responsible for supporting Queensland Hydro’s stakeholder engagement and reporting activities. Reporting to the Stakeholder & Social Performance Manager , you will ensure accurate stakeholder data management, timely reporting, and effective coordination of engagement activities to strengthen relationships with our stakeholders and the community. Your key responsibilities will be: Oversee accurate record keeping in Queensland Hydro’s stakeholder management database, Borealis, and provide training and support for Queensland Hydro staff. Generate and validate social performance reports and consolidate stakeholder engagement data for dashboard reporting. Support the development and delivery of engagement plans and activities, including briefing notes, meeting coordination and preparation of communication materials. Coordinate engagement activities including community workshops, focus groups and stakeholder meetings. Monitor, track and report on stakeholder enquiries, complaints and feedback. Who You Are To be successful in this position, you will have a degree in Public Relations, Communications or a related Social Sciences field, or equivalent experience. You will hold a current open driver’s licence, and IAP2 certification will be highly regarded. You will bring strong stakeholder engagement, reporting and relationship management capabilities, along with the ability to translate stakeholder data into meaningful insights that support effective decision-making. Proficiency using stakeholder management systems such as Borealis, Consultation Manager or similar, along with advanced Microsoft Office skills. Ability to interpret stakeholder data, generate insights and prepare reports. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to build effective relationships. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Ability to identify issues early, escalate appropriately and adapt plans based on feedback. Why Queensland Hydro?
