This role requires a versatile subject matter expert who can both resolve complex, non-standard support tickets escalated by the L1 COE team and provide critical "horsepower" to the Premium Deal Partner team.

Whether diagnosing deep system errors, clearing order booking roadblocks, or stepping in to structure and approve smaller deals during peak periods, the L2 Specialist keeps the revenue engine running smoothly.
Operating with limited supervision, this internal-facing role interacts primarily with internal Q2I leaders and cross-functional partners, with occasional exposure to external customers.

This is a hybrid role and will require the person to be at our Frisco, TX office 2 days every week.

  • End-to-End Ownership: Provide a high level of customer service by owning requests from initiation through resolution.
  • Relationship Building: Establish stable, collaborative working relationships across internal departments and develop skills for occasional external customer interactions.

  • Skill Development: Continuously build technical aptitude, process knowledge, and problem-solving skills under supervisor guidance while taking on new responsibilities.
  • Strategic Alignment: Align daily tasks with department business objectives to deliver positive operational outcomes.
