- Analyze process performance data to identify trends, sources of variation, and opportunities for corrective and preventive action.
- Lead cross-functional investigations and problem-solving activities related to process instability, yield loss, and product quality concerns.
- Develop KPI dashboards, statistical monitoring systems, and automated alerts to improve process visibility and decision making.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives utilizing SPC, Control Plans, FMEA, Six Sigma methodologies, DOE, MSA/GRR, and other statistical tools.
- Serve as the global subject matter expert for statistical methods, process control strategy, measurement systems, and manufacturing analytics.
- Support customer, regulatory, and third-party quality audits while ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and other applicable standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics or a related technical discipline; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of manufacturing experience with demonstrated success implementing SPC, PCS, and digital manufacturing solutions in a production environment.
- Proven experience selecting, deploying, and integrating manufacturing information systems, including SPC software, data historians, LIMS, and analytics platforms.
- Strong knowledge of statistical methods, process capability analysis, DOE, MSA/GRR, FMEA, Six Sigma, and process control systems.
- Demonstrated ability to lead enterprise-wide initiatives through influence across multiple manufacturing sites and functional organizations.
- High level of proficiency with statistical and analytical tools such as JMP, Python, R, Minitab, or equivalent platforms.
