Stonecroft Group Finance and Logistics Support

Job Title: Group finance and logistics support

Primary Position Responsibility: Provides finance, logistics, registration, and communication support for Outreach groups, volunteer leaders, and group events. Serves as a key point of contact for programmatic finance questions, group giving, group fundraising processes, documentation, and event support while collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate, timely, and helpful service.

Reports to: Director of Outreach

Classification: Non-Exempt

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Serves as Outreach point of contact and support for volunteer leaders and groups with answering questions around programmatic finance, group giving and escalates inquiries as needed to appropriate parties.
• Support in person and online Zone, Regional and Group events with inquiries and registrations.
• Support Group events with Group Fundraising process, projects, and registration.
• Collaborates with the Finance team to communicate and collect proper documentation as needed to group finance support.
• Supports outreach groups and zone leaders in content, creation, and communication including but not limited to Friends of Stonecroft.
• Follow policies and procedures stated in the Stonecroft Staff Handbook.
• Other duties as assigned
• All staff must travel at least 8 days a year for bi-annual All staff gatherings held nationwide.
• 2 years’ experience working in a non-profit.
• Customer Service experience is strongly preferred.
• Must be highly collaborative and eager to learn.
• Degree and/or experience in accounting preferred.
• Experience working in Salesforce preferred.

• A personal and growing relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ which is naturally communicated through words and actions.
• A personal passion for evangelism (the spiritual gift of evangelism is not required).
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
