Overview

We are recruiting a Story Editor for AI projects. You will evaluate narrative structure, character development, stakes, pacing, and internal logic, then give practical notes that strengthen the complete story.

Key Responsibilities

- Evaluate story structure, character development, and narrative logic.

- Trace goals, stakes, turning points, and consequences across the story.

- Identify pacing problems, unsupported choices, and unresolved threads.

- Separate high-level story issues from line-level wording.

- Provide practical revision notes that strengthen clarity and impact.

Requirements

- Professional-level English proficiency, both written and verbal.

- Ability to evaluate story structure, character development, and narrative logic.

- Ability to give practical notes on stakes, pacing, and unresolved story threads.

- Reliable high-speed internet and a suitable home-working setup.

- Previous story editing, narrative development, or script review experience is preferred.
