Business Area
The SMBC EMEA Reward team covers multiple legal entities of SMBC across the UK, Europe, the Middle East and Africa. The team is largely based in London, with team members also in Frankfurt and Dubai. The team is looking for someone to provide additional support, knowledge and proactive problem-solving.
Across SMBC EMEA there are approximately 3,000 employees, but there is significant complexity due to the number of countries in which we operate and the number of separate legal entities.

- Assist with written communications and organisation of information sessions
AD HOC SUPPORT
- There are some (largely manual) processes managed by the Reward team which need support in the short term, and automation/transfer to HR Operations in the medium term – so will help oversee process, but also identify options for transfer and assist with or lead that process
