EasyPicky is an international Retail Intelligence company helping leading FMCG brands and retailers understand what is really happening in stores and turn field reality into better business decisions.
Founded in 2017, EasyPicky has grown from an AI video-recognition technology into a broader retail data ecosystem used across more than 10 countries. Behind that growth is a company culture built around innovation, collaboration, long-term client relationships and a strong connection between technology and real retail challenges.
As a Strategic Account Executive, you are responsible for a portfolio of key accounts to grow and prospect. Your territory is international (France + Europe): you have an installed base to grow and a hunting list of prospects to win. Your priority segments are top-tier global CPGs (Food, Beverages, Household & Durables, Beauty & Personal Care) first, then Healthcare (consumer health, pharma with a retail presence).
Your responsibilities:
Own your territory : build and run an annual account plan for each key account: stakeholder map, whitespace, entry points
Run complex, long sales cycles : multi-stakeholder deals of 6 to 18 months, from first meeting to signature
Cross-functional selling : Identify and address the needs of your C-Level contacts (Sales Leadership, IT, Procurement, etc.)
Sell on value : qualify rigorously, build quantified business cases with the customer, defend price against competitors and in-house alternatives
Drive RFPs end to end : make the go/no-go call (with the team), own the response strategy and timeline, coordinate pre-sales, lead orals and procurement negotiations
Expand the installed base : grow existing customers to new countries, brands and modules; own the renewal outcome with the CSM
Work closely with the Team: orchestrate the resources around the account: Pre-sales / Solutions Engineering (discovery, demos, POCs), CSMs (adoption, renewals, expansion signals), Marketing (account-based campaigns), executives and partners at the right moments
Forecast with discipline — keep pipeline and account data accurate, forecast weekly against a clear qualification standard
Actively contribute to improving the sales process and sharing best practices
What we're looking for:
Global enterprises — 8+ years in B2B software sales, including 5+ years selling to global enterprises, with verifiable quota attainment
Proven experience with key accounts in the CPG sector
Long, complex sales cycles experience — multi-country deals of 6–18 months, with 5+ stakeholders (including Procurement)
A recognized value-selling method and the ability to walk us through a business case you built with a customer
RFP leadership as an owner (you can explain a go/no-go, a won RFP and a lost one)
Cross-functional selling and Full, global ownership of named accounts (Core AE), orchestrating others to deliver the account plan
You are fully bilingual in English, both written and spoken (C1+ minimum required). English is ideally your native language, or you have spent several years working abroad with English as your daily working language.
Results-driven, you thrive in dynamic and collaborative environments
You are comfortable with regular travel (France and Europe)
Based in Montpellier area (work from home up to 3 days / week)
What we offer
A key role in EasyPicky's growth strategy, with significant impact
A dynamic team where everyone has a voice, with autonomy and room for initiative
Flexibility: work from home up to 3 days / week
Team-building: afterworks, offsites, seminars…
Compensation: €60–110K uncapped full package depending on profile
An initial conversation with Bérénice, Head of People, to learn about your background and motivations
A video interview with Jean-Baptiste, Head of Sales and your future manager
A business case
An on-site interview at our Montpellier office with Marine and Renaud, the company’s two co-founders
