Visit us at packaging.toppan.com Summary Description: The Strategic Account Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients. This role involves understanding client needs, developing strategic plans to meet those needs, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services. The Strategic Account Manager will work closely with internal teams to drive client satisfaction and achieve business objectives. What you'll be doing: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, acting as the main point of contact. Understand client business goals and develop strategic plans to support those goals. Identify opportunities for account growth and work with internal teams to develop and implement strategies. Oversee the delivery of services to ensure they meet client expectations and are delivered on time and within budget. Track and report on account performance, providing regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders. Address and resolve any issues or concerns that arise, ensuring client satisfaction. Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align efforts and achieve business objectives. This is a REMOTE position located out of the EST or CST time zones We’d love to hear from you if Prefer Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or a related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proven experience in managing projects and delivering results. Strong customer service orientation with a focus on client satisfaction. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Ability to adapt to changing client needs and business environments.
