Strategic Advisor, Change Management
Advisory | United States (Remote) | Full-Time | NAM
Who We Are: Front Office Transformation Experts
Bluprintx (BPX) is a global, AI-powered consultancy built to design and deliver the intelligent front office for CMO and CRO executives. We are private equity-backed and scaling fast, with 300 active customers across 10 countries and more than 1,750 implementations. We connect people, technology, and AI to turn fragmentation into performance, partnering with global leaders to modernize how marketing, CRM, content, AI & Data connect. At BPX, we hire operators and specialists who thrive at the intersection of commercial strategy and technical execution.
What We Do: Cutting Complexity Across the Front Office
We help the world's most ambitious companies, including Uber Eats, BNY, and Xerox, untangle the operational complexity that slows enterprise growth. As a Gold Adobe Solution Partner and Salesforce Summit Partner, we deliver strategy and implementation across the full front office. Our proprietary methodology builds sustainable enabled ecosystems that maximize ROI and accelerate speed to market. By embedding AI into commercial workflows, we help clients move faster and stay ahead.
The Role
You'll be the senior advisor our clients turn to when a transformation has to land with people, not just in platforms. The seat has two halves. First, you'll set change management strategy at enterprise level, working directly with C-suite and senior leaders to define how their organization moves to new ways of working across marketing, sales and service. Second, you'll run the change management programs inside our largest MarTech, CRM and data transformations, from impact assessment through to measured adoption in the months after go-live.
You'll work alongside other Senior Strategic Consultants, shaping each client's multi-year roadmap, our Solution Architects, who design the platform and integrations, and our Program Managers, who run delivery. You'll also help BPX grow, using change strategy as a lever to expand existing accounts and land new ones, and you'll shape how our change management capability develops across the global consulting team.
What you'll do
- Set change management strategy for client organizations, aligning operating model, roles, governance and ways of working to the outcomes of a multi-year transformation roadmap.
- Advise C-suite sponsors as a trusted, technology-agnostic voice, coaching executives on what their teams need from them at each stage and raising adoption risk early and plainly.
- Run change programs on large MarTech transformations across Adobe, Salesforce, Braze and data platforms, owning the change workstream from impact assessment to sign-off.
- Assess impact and readiness, mapping stakeholders, role and process changes and skills gaps, then holding go-live decisions to evidence that teams are ready.
- Design communication, training and enablement plans for every audience, from frontline marketing and sales teams to senior leaders and centers of excellence.
- Measure adoption and value after launch, defining the metrics, tracking usage in the live platforms and fixing what stalls early.
- Lead workshops and design deliverables that give clients clear, practical guidance across people, process, data and technology.
- Shape change in pre-sales, scoping approach, effort and commercial model when a transformation needs a dedicated change workstream, and spotting growth opportunities within existing accounts.
- Build the BPX change practice, turning what works on each engagement into frameworks, templates and accelerators, and mentoring consultants across the global team.
What you'll bring
- Ten or more years in strategy, transformation or change consulting, including several years leading change on enterprise CRM, MarTech or data programs.
- Strategy and delivery range: a track record of both setting enterprise change strategy and running the programs that deliver it, across people, process, technology and data.
- A proven change method such as Prosci ADKAR, ACMP standards or Kotter, applied on live client programs. Formal certification is an advantage.
- Credibility at C-suite level, with evidence of building long-term advisory relationships and being the voice senior leaders trust when decisions get hard.
- Large transformation experience in marketing, customer experience, digital or business transformation, working across multiple workstreams and senior governance.
- Front office platform fluency across marketing automation, CRM, customer data platforms, journey orchestration and workflow tools, enough to know how they change someone's working day.
- Comfort with adoption data: you define the metrics, read the dashboards and use them to decide what to fix.
- Commercial instinct, with experience contributing to proposals, scoping and estimating work, and growing accounts through consultative selling.
- Sector breadth across B2B and B2C. Experience in highly regulated industries such as financial services is a strong advantage.
Why this role, why now
Our clients are investing more than ever in their front office platforms, and the programs keep getting bigger. What decides whether that investment pays back is adoption, and that is where this seat sits. It's a new, senior role, so you'll set how BPX advises on change at the strategy table, how we run it on the ground, and the practice every program after yours will draw on.
