Our work helps our clients set growth strategies and determines what products or services you ultimately see in the market and how our clients drive their marketing and trade strategies Earning Client Trust & Building Relationships Build and maintain strong C-suite engagement with key decision-makers across target client base Develop case studies and client testimonials; present at client and industry events Demonstrate deep knowledge of the Tech &Durable industry and how NIQ solutions address client business challenges Maintain full understanding of NIQ portfolio and solution interconnectedness Understanding Client Needs Conduct deep analysis of customer business models and provide strategic recommendations Ensure client satisfaction through final presentation of results and identification of additional opportunities Planning & Financial Accountability Own business planning, financial targets, proposal submissions, and pipeline management for assigned client groups Demonstrate strong financial acumen (P&L, EBITDA) and link NIQ product value to pricing in all proposals Negotiate effectively with senior clients and overcome objections to achieve favorable outcomes Team Collaboration Work cross-functionally with Commercial Leaders, Delivery teams, and APAC leaders to ensure seamless account management and knowledge sharing Share insights and best practices with peers across APAC markets 6+ years of experience in market research agency with consumer market insight expertise Bachelor's Degree Proven sales acumen with strong track record of closing deals with C-level executives Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written) Financial acumen (P&L, EBITDA) and understanding of business profitability Proficiency with Salesforce and digital tools Knowledge of NIQ products and services preferred Local language proficiency preferred Our Benefits Flexible working environment Volunteer time off LinkedIn Learning Employee-Assistance-Program (EAP) NIQ may utilize artificial intelligence (AI) tools at various stages of the recruitment process, including résumé screening, candidate assessments, interview scheduling, job matching, communication support, and certain administrative tasks that help streamline workflows.
