The "Corporate Transition / Strategy Advisor" (Ex-Management / Executive Focus)
Many corporate executives and senior managers reach a point where the traditional corporate trade-off stops making sense: escalating politics, endless realignment meetings, and an income ceiling that doesn't reflect your actual market contribution.
We collaborate with mid-to-senior professionals who are transitioning out of corporate environments to launch and operate their own independent executive development and business licensing practice. Rather than spending years developing curriculum, digital portals, and administrative systems from the ground up, you leverage an established, global platform focused on personal leadership and entrepreneurial growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct direct, 10–15 minute strategic discovery calls with pre-qualified inbound applicants evaluating career and leadership transitions.
- Evaluate candidates against established qualification criteria (professional background, communication, and operational capacity).
- Guide qualified candidates through a structured digital briefing process and lead follow-up alignment discussions.
- Manage your own client pipeline and scheduling with total professional autonomy.
Ideal Background
- 5+ years of experience in corporate management, organizational development, executive consulting, or business operations.
- Clear, authoritative communication style that naturally holds boundaries on qualification calls without pressure or sales jargon.
- Strong entrepreneurial orientation: you take ownership of execution rather than waiting for corporate direction.
Operating Structure (Please Read Carefully)
- Classification: This engagement is strictly an independent contractor (1099) engagement. It does not offer a guaranteed base salary, hourly draw, or employee benefits.
- Operating Budget: As an independent practice, you are responsible for maintaining your own remote tools, tech stack, and marketing/client-acquisition budget without corporate expense reimbursement.
- Earning Model: Revenue is entirely uncapped and tied directly to contract milestones and client enrollments.
