Experience with hyperscalers, enterprise and colocation operators, industrial developers, designers, contractors, and other strategic partners is preferred.

- Coordinate with Strategic Channel Development, CORE sales, technical, product, marketing, customer service, and operations teams to align account strategy, customer commitments, project execution, and issue resolution.
- Develop opportunities for repeatable, multi-location business through account standards, preferred solutions, program agreements, and other customer arrangements where appropriate.
- Communicate account plans, stakeholder changes, opportunities, risks, customer feedback, and support needs early to leadership and affected teams; clarify account and project ownership when responsibilities intersect.
- Lead commercial discussions and negotiations within delegated authority, involving leadership and other functions when pricing, supply, service, technical commitments, or contractual terms require their input.
- Maintain timely and accurate account, contact, activity, opportunity, and project records in Seaman360; manage a credible pipeline and forecast with clear next steps, timing, value, and decision path.
