Strategic Buying Services Analyst I

Objective:
Provide customer support and service to a major global automotive client across multiple categories of non-production goods and services. Serve as the point of contact between the client and the procurement department. Proficiency in English is required, as this role supports multiple locations.

Responsibilities:

• Experience dealing with domestic and international suppliers.
• Ability to request and analyze price quotes.
• Skill in negotiating prices and purchasing terms.
• Basic knowledge of contracts or procurement processes.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
• Attention to detail, with a focus on costs and timelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
• Proactive attitude and a results-oriented mindset.

Requirements:

• Experience in customer service.
• Experience in procurement within a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; advanced English proficiency.
