Strategic Communications Consultant

Nossal Institute Limited is recruiting a Strategic Communications Consultant to support the CCHALKK (Community Climate Health Amongst Livestock Keepers in Kyrgyzstan) project, a major climate and health research initiative led by the Nossal Institute for Global Health and funded through the Wellcome Trust Climate Impacts Award.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to an international research partnership exploring the impacts of climate change on health and livelihoods in Kyrgyzstan. Working closely with project leadership and in-country communications specialists, you will provide strategic communications advice, support policy engagement, review key communications products, and help ensure research findings reach decision-makers and other key audiences.

We're seeking a senior communications professional with experience in strategic communications, policy engagement, research translation, and mentoring communications teams. Experience in international development, public health, climate change, research communications, or donor-funded programs is highly desirable.

Remote | Up to 4 days per month | Initial 6-month engagement
