Strategic Finance and Analytics Specialist

Main responsibilities will include: Process, validate, and reconcile monthly financial data received from Finance team, investigate discrepancies, errors, and missing information with the relevant business units Design and implement control mechanisms to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness Verify the integrity of data submitted to Group systems and provide clear, timely responses to Group-level reporting requests Provide detailed, clear, and timely responses to inquiries and requests received from the shareholders Prepare executive-level analyses, financial projections, and presentations for senior management and the Board Incorporate monthly financial results into budgeting and forecasting models Contribute to the enhancement, optimization, and continuous development of budgeting models Develop Long-Term Business Plans (LTBP) and conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses to support strategic decision-making Analyze financial and operational data to support business performance evaluation and provide actionable insights to relevant stakeholders Create and maintain data tables and supporting materials for quarterly Board presentations Monitor, analyze, and maintain assigned KPI data, ensuring accurate and timely data entry To be successful in this role, you need to have: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or another relevant multi-disciplinary field 3-4 years of professional work experience in strategy, management consulting, audit or a relevant field FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) experience, as a plus Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets and Microsoft Office applications Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously with a proactive mindset and strong ownership Excellent command of Turkish and English, including writing and grammar skills What we offer: 🏠 Hybrid Working: We work hybrid, but our offices are always open for us 🎂 Birthday Leave: In the month of our birthday, we can take a day off on any day we choose ✨ Health Insurance: We are by your side with our health insurance whenever you need it. 📅 Flexible Working Hours: On the days we come to the office, we set our own start time with our flexible working model 🎉 Happy Hours & Company Events: With our New Year’s Event, #obiletfest and Happy Hours, we not only strive for success but also have a lot of fun along the way 📚 Self-Development: Your growth is our focus, with access to online learning platforms like Udemy and various training programs designed to support your professional development 🌟 Best-in-class Teammates: We are all the best in our fields and we are confident about it 🤠 No Dress Code: We have no dress code.
