Role Description is about a full-time "Strategic Funding & Debt Capital Specialist" role that will be based in Alexandria with hybrid work arrangements, allowing work-from-home flexibilities.

The specialist will:

1- Develop and implement funding strategies to support the company’s growth across its industrial, commercial, and service lines,

2- A focus on debt capital instruments and structured financing solutions.

3- Has day-to-day responsibilities includes

• Analyzing capital needs
• Evaluating funding options
• Preparing financial models
• Coordinating with internal stakeholders to align financing plans with business objectives
• Recommending and Managing relationships with banks, financial institutions, and investors
• Negotiating terms and conditions while ensuring compliant documentation and reporting
• Monitor market trends, risks, and regulatory changes
• Providing recommendations to optimize the company’s capital structure
• Plan and support long-term strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate funding options, assess risk, and build robust financial models.
• Proficiency in Funding and Debt Capital Markets, including loans, credit facilities, and structured financing solutions.
• Solid Finance knowledge, including corporate finance, cash flow analysis, and capital structure optimization.
• Experience with Investments and financial instruments relevant to growth, working capital, and project financing.
• Clear and professional Communication skills for engaging with leadership, lenders, and external partners.
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce with respective knowledge of Corporate Finance, Economics, Business, and related fields
• advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CFM) is an advantage.
• Experience in corporate funding, banking, or financial advisory, preferably within industrial or trading sectors.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage multiple projects, and adapt to a dynamic, multi-sector business setting differing from industrial to business management.
