Job Description This is a remote position. Talent Synergy Solutions (TSS), the India division of The Talent Care Group (Canada), invites senior HR professionals to join its exclusive Honorary Partner Program — a prestige-based advisory association designed for accomplished leaders who want meaningful affiliation without operational burden. As a Strategic HR Partner (Honorary), you will hold an official title with a registered Indo-Canadian HR firm, listed on our company profile and brand materials. You will be associated with a growing Pan-India HR advisory brand backed by a Canadian parent organization with 7+ years of industry experience. This is a flexible, non-exclusive, fully remote arrangement. There are no mandatory hours, no operational deliverables, and no financial investment required. You participate entirely on your own terms. Should you choose to engage in project work — recruitment mandates, HR advisory, L&D, compensation analysis, or compliance projects — compensation is agreed in writing before any work begins and paid within 30 days of client payment or project milestone.
