Your role as Strategic Marketing Manager

As a Strategic Marketing Manager, you will lead integrated marketing campaigns from strategy through launch and measurement. This role is ideal for a marketer who can think strategically while also driving the day-to-day execution needed to bring campaigns to life. You will partner with project managers, writers, designers, subject matter experts, channel owners, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver cohesive, high-quality campaigns that align with business objectives and brand standards.

How you’ll contribute:

  • Own integrated campaigns from strategy and planning through execution, launch, and optimization.
  • Translate marketing objectives into clear audiences, messaging, positioning, content, and channel plans.
  • Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, dependencies, approvals, and multiple concurrent workstreams.
  • Develop creative and content briefs and guide writers, designers, SMEs, and other partners through production.
  • Review campaign assets for strategic alignment, quality, consistency, and brand standards.
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, proactively identifying risks and keeping campaigns on track.
  • Evaluate campaign performance and apply insights to future initiatives.

Your skills and approach:

  • 5–10 years of experience in integrated marketing, campaign management, content marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end marketing campaigns from strategy through execution and measurement.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, priorities, and deadlines.
  • Experience directing content and creative development across writers, designers, SMEs, or agencies.
  • Strong understanding of audience strategy, messaging, positioning, content strategy, and brand standards.
  • Excellent communication, editorial judgment, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to influence and drive alignment across teams without direct authority.

Compensation

The hourly pay range for this role is $60 to $70 per hour. The final rate will be determined based on a variety of factors, including the candidate’s relevant work experience, certifications, education, and geographic location. Please note that the range listed applies specifically to this position and may vary for other roles.
