- Campaign Development: Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns that effectively communicate our value proposition to advisors, utilizing a mix of digital, print, and in-person tactics.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with advisors, acting as a trusted partner to understand their needs and provide tailored marketing support.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and support for go-to-market initiatives.

- Brand Management: Enhance brand visibility and reputation among advisors through strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and thought leadership initiatives.
- Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to maximize impact and return on investment.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in strategic marketing within the insurance industry, with a focus on high-net-worth market clients.
- Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies and marketing principles.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
- Exceptional communication (written and verbal), with the ability to build communication plans and write clear, strong marketing deliverables.
- Leadership and professionalism, with the ability to influence and partner with employees at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
- Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset. If the successful candidate is in Québec, proficiency in both languages will be required to support clients from various provinces outside of Quebec.
When you join our team:
