In the role, you’ll manage the product portfolio lifecycle (registration, rationalization, formula/form of product) and provide input/feedback for species strategies, pricing and solution marketing. Key Responsibilities:
- Secure delivery of the short term (Budget) and longer term (5-year plan) business targets (Organic Growth, Sales and GPx) for the portfolio in conjunction with respective Marketing Managers
- Annually plan for and execute portfolio growth within species marketing strategies
- Steer the business in pricing strategy, set & implement Global Pricing (Floor/reference/transfer), in line with Marketing strategy and equip sales force with adequate pricing information
- Coordinate with the global and local regions phase in/outs of products and product life cycle management
- Gather and provide competitive intelligence for respective product category with regional actionable insights/data (such as competitor pricing, SWOT, market share, etc.)

You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
- Minimum 8 years of total work experience along with minimum 5 years of experience in product management and/or commercial roles required
- Product management/portfolio management experience in animal nutrition, agriculture, pharmaceutical and/or food and beverage industries
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Comfortability with ambiguity
- Change agility, ability to successfully manage change, conflict resolution and influencing skills along with strong customer centricity
This position is a US Home-based role. The position can be located in the eastern or central time zones of the United States. Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant’s job-related skills, experience, relevant education and training. This position is also eligible for bonuses and benefits, which are not included in the pay scale provided. Salary $147,500 - $165,000.
