🎯 Key Responsibilities
📌 End-to-End Project Ownership: Manage strategic projects from concept and planning through to final completion and delivery.
🗓️ Timeline & Deliverable Management: Build comprehensive project plans, timelines, and milestone tracking frameworks.
🤝 Stakeholder Alignment: Coordinate project teams and cross-departmental stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clear action item follow-ups.
⚠️ Risk & Dependency Tracking: Track project risks, dependencies, and deadlines, identifying potential challenges before they become blockers.
📊 Executive Updates & SOPs: Prepare executive project updates, document project management workflows, and maintain structured SOPs.
✅ Qualifications & Requirements
⭐ Core Requirements:
Experience: 3+ years of project management, operations, business management, or related experience.
Project Execution: Proven track record managing multiple complex projects simultaneously with exceptional organization and follow-through.
Critical Thinking: Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Executive Communication: Excellent written and spoken English with the confidence to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
Adaptability: Comfortable operating independently and maintaining high precision in a fast-paced environment.
Workplace Setup: Based in South Africa with an owned reliable laptop, fast and stable internet connection, and full commitment to U.S. business hours.
