Strategic Sourcing Specialist

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sourcing Specialist role located in Metro Manila, with the flexibility to work from home on some days. The Senior Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates. They will also assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies, collaborating with department managers to understand hiring needs, and conducting training sessions for new recruiters. Maintaining effective communication with candidates and internal stakeholders is a key part of the role.

Qualifications

Experience in Hiring and Recruiting

Skilled in Interviewing techniques

Strong Communication skills

Experience in conducting Training sessions

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience in international and local freelance talent sourcing

Experience in end to end sourcing and onboarding of talents

Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Experience in building and scaling passive talent pipelines

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Experience within the recruitment industry is a plus
