Cyberbacker Careers is seeking an experienced US Payroll & HR Operations Specialist to own our US payroll, tax compliance, and basic HR administration for a small workforce of ~20 employees in a remote-capable setup.
Responsibilities include semi-monthly/bi-weekly payroll processing, tax withholdings and filings, onboarding and offboarding, and monthly/year-end reporting such as W-2s and 941s, 940s, while ensuring compliance with FLSA and state laws.
