What we offer You will interact with C-level at our clients on a regular basis to drive their business towards impactful change under the supervision of the Project Managers and Directors. You will contribute to creating new business solutions via data-driven insights, client interviews, market research, analytical models, etc. You will seize opportunities at the client and at Metyis in our entrepreneurial environment, shaping and landing them to become real You will become part of a collaborative, international team with strong mentorship and professional growth opportunities. High-impact consulting projects across diverse sectors in Saudi Arabia. What you will do Engage stakeholders across the Saudi fashion ecosystem (brands, manufacturers, agencies, institutions) to collect structured business and market data. Conduct interviews, surveys, and workshops, synthesising qualitative and quantitative inputs into actionable recommendations. Validate, clean, and analyse collected data to ensure quality and reliability, supporting decision-making at project and strategic levels. Develop standardised templates, dashboards, and reporting formats to streamline data intake and integration across entities. Prepare presentations, briefs, and progress reports, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities. Contribute to wider Metyis Arabia consulting projects, supporting problem-solving, client delivery, and strategy execution. What you will bring Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, or related field (Master’s degree preferred). 2-3 years of experience in consulting, strategy, market research, or data analysis, ideally within Saudi Arabia or the GCC. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate raw data into business insights. Proven communication and interpersonal skills with experience engaging senior stakeholders. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualisation tools; exposure to SQL, Power BI, or similar tools is an advantage. Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) is required.
