KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Market and Competitive Analysis: Conduct comprehensive research on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential opportunities and challenges. Strategic Planning and Execution: Support the planning and implementation of strategic projects, working closely with team members to ensure goals are met. Data Analysis: Gather, analyze, and interpret data to evaluate the effectiveness of business strategies and recommend improvements. Reporting: Prepare reports and presentations that summarize research findings and strategic recommendations for senior leadership. Collaboration: Work with teams across departments (e.g., marketing, finance, product) to align strategic initiatives with organizational goals. Performance Monitoring: Track and measure the performance of strategic initiatives, using KPIs and metrics to ensure continuous improvement. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in strategy, business analysis, consulting, or a related field. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and experience with analytical tools (e.g., Power BI, SQL, Tableau). Excellent communication skills, with experience preparing presentations and reports. Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under pressure.
