Starting in a single office in 1993 in Paris we have now grown to a €700m+ business and we are not planning to stop there. We are investing in business transformation programs, our long-term strategy and our people as we look to continue our success in the years to come. We are seeking an ambitious, analytical, and highly structured Strategy Manager to serve as the engine of our growth strategy. Working directly with the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) and the Office of the CEO, you will shape our long-term strategic roadmap—balancing organic business growth with aggressive inorganic expansion across Europe. In this role, you will lead our internal strategic planning cycles, model market expansion opportunities (including TAM and regulatory analysis), build our M&A deal sourcing pipeline, and ensure alignment across executive OKRs. Key Responsibilities 1. Internal Strategic Planning & Growth Roadmap (Core Focus) Strategic Planning Cadence & Governance : Design, facilitate, and execute the company’s annual and quarterly strategic planning processes across all European country and functional units. Establish structured governance frameworks and review cycles to ensure executive decision-making is backed by rigorous data and aligned across leadership teams. Organic Growth Levers & Opportunity Modelling: Partner closely with functional leads to systematically identify, prioritize, and model high-impact organic growth initiatives—including new product launches, pricing strategy refinements, channel expansion, and cross-sell opportunities. Build data-driven business cases to quantify potential revenue impact and operational feasibility. OKR Translation & Execution Alignment: Translate high-level corporate strategic objectives into actionable, measurable cross-functional OKRs. Work hand-in-hand with the Business Manager and operational teams to break down silos, drive execution cadence, and maintain organizational alignment. Performance Tracking & Strategic Insights: Develop key performance metrics to evaluate strategy execution against core business goals. Synthesize complex performance data into clear executive dashboards and strategic commentary for the C-suite and Board. Cross-Functional Advisory & Workshops : Act as an internal strategic advisor to country heads and functional leads, facilitating strategy workshops, tackling unstructured business problems, and ensuring local initiatives map directly to overarching corporate strategy. 2. European Market Sizing & Expansion Assessment (Core Focus) TAM & SAM Modelling: Build data-backed Total Addressable Market (TAM) and Serviceable Addressable Market (SAM) models to quantify growth potential in existing and new markets. Market Prioritization: Conduct macro-economic, regulatory, and competitive evaluations of European target countries to determine optimal expansion sequencing. Go-to-Market Cases: Develop business cases and strategic rationale for prospective international launches and product entries. Localisations & Regulatory Mapping: Analyse local compliance, employment, and data privacy hurdles across specific European jurisdictions. 3. M&A Support & Strategic Research (Secondary Support Role) Inorganic Market Scanning: Assist the Group Corporate Development Director by conducting high-level research and mapping prospective European target landscapes aligned with overarching corporate strategy. Preliminary Desktop Analysis: Support the M&A function with initial strategic screening, financial health checks, and macro synergy evaluations for prospective targets. Cross-Functional Hand-off : Partner closely with our Group Corporate Development Director & Country lead to provide market research inputs that help validate strategic fit during live deal execution. Required Qualifications & Experience Experience: 3-7 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, or venture capital / private equity. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field (MBA preferred, but not mandatory). Strategic Sizing & Analytics: Advanced financial modeling, TAM/SAM market sizing capabilities, and quantitative analytical skills. Framework Mastery: Familiarity with corporate strategy frameworks, financial valuation techniques, and OKR methodologies. Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to synthesize complex data into concise recommendations for C-suite executives and Board members. Key Capabilities & Mindset Dual-Mindset (Strategy + Execution): Equal capability in high-level conceptual problem solving and granular project management. Bias for Action: Ability to operate independently in a lean, fast-moving team environment with high strategic ambiguity. Structured Thinker: Ability to organize complex, unstructured problems into clean, visual frameworks and decision-making matrices.
