As a Strategy Manager within our Retail practice, you will play a key role in shaping and executing commercial and go-to-market initiatives. You will translate complex analytics capabilities into compelling value propositions and support senior leaders to identify, develop, and close meaningful opportunities with major retail clients across global markets. How will you make an impact? Go-to-market execution: Support the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for Quantium's retail analytics solutions, helping to bring compelling propositions to market that resonate with retail decision-makers. Commercial pipeline support: Contribute to business development activity across major retail accounts by qualifying opportunities, preparing materials, and supporting senior leaders through the end-to-end commercial process. Translate analytics into value: Bridge the gap between Quantium's technical capabilities and client business challenges, crafting clear narratives that help retail leaders understand how data and AI can drive tangible outcomes. Market and product intelligence: Gather and synthesise market feedback and competitive intelligence to inform product direction and commercial positioning, working closely with product leads as a trusted thought partner. Stakeholder engagement: Build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders, supporting senior leaders in client conversations and contributing to the preparation of proposals, presentations, and strategic materials.
